We're at the airport in the departure lounge waiting to board our flight back home to Toronto. Getting to the airport was a bit of a challenge as the highway was closed. This is the first time this has happened since the airport opened. The only access was via the Airport Express train. Hong Kong was a mess as a result of torrential rains causing flooding and the closure of several roads. While a couple of flights are cancelled the impact on the airport seems limited.
