While at Costco this weekend, I came across a package of ribs at 4.99/kg. A pretty good deal, over 50% off the regular price (no doubt related to the recent swine flue "pandemic"). I bought a 3.7 kg package.

For BBQ ribs, I pressure cook the ribs for 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness. Then I remove the ribs, coat them in a BBQ sauce and place them on the open flame (or under the broiler) just to enough to brown the sauce.
