Inexplicabilis?
The Twilight Zone [1] presented a theory that the stage of life is pre-assembled and set up just-in-time for us to live through it. In the Television episode where this theory was dramatized, it was offered as a reason for why we misplace things, or seem to. In fact we rarely forget were we put our car keys, for example, the reality is that the people setting up the next scene forget to move the keys from the current to next scene.
The theory also explains why whenever I go into the kitchen another dirty glass, for example, just mysteriously appears on the counter top that should in fact have been put in the dishwasher.
